EVERYTHING!

What went wrong? The entire website has changed and I can no longer log into my account I've had for TWENTY years or more! The Captcha pictures (to prove I'm not a robot) DON'T WORK! I have clicked on them dozens of times over and over and the stupid system just keeps providing me with more pictures in a NEVER ENDING cycle of frustration! Also, like most silly Captcha pictures, many are way too small to see what's even pictured! I am working on Windows 11 (Desktop and also latest genertion IPad) and have tried logging in on several different browsers. The Captcha system is something OS ought to ditch. It doesn't work. The ENDLESS cycle of Captcha pictures and the worthless "Chat" feature (more AI) is just that, worthless. I don't have time to call and go through waiting on hold, ordering that way, etc.. Also read here that you no longer ship in the insulated coolers and many reviewers stated their orders were thawed when they received them in corrugated boxes. I'm done with Omaha Steaks. End of story.

Dont waste your money

Toughest steak I ever ate horrible. The "Strip" steaks couldn't bite through... Taste terrible, ruined the 4th as far as barbecue was concerned. Embarrassing. Never again. They should have 0 stars..

I won't order again.

I ordered from Omaha Steaks from one of there ads on Facebook, it was not a scam because I got my order. In the ad it said that if you spend $99 or more you will get 16 smash burgers free. I got my order and everything was there except the smash burgers. (8 came with the deal) I have contacted them and they asked me to send them a pic of the ad but the ad is no longer on FB. I wonder how many other people fell for this like I did?

For years I bought the sole stuffed…

For years I bought the sole stuffed with seafood, this last order I received was awful, no seafood in the stuffing , the fish tasted terrible same for the potatoes, taste was awful, they must of changed their recipes or just don’t care anymore , will never order from them again

Tasty meats

Metrics and Money Over Customer Service and Support

I cannot vouch for the quality of their products because I never received my order. And while I know that losing one order is not the fault of Omaha Steaks, terrible customer support is their fault. I am sick and tired of companies like Omaha Steaks whose automation and 3rd party customer support try everything they can to keep their metrics and your money without delivering what you ordered.

The steaks are great have tried three…

The steaks are great have tried three of your dinners Lasagna Chicken and Dumplings and Shepherds Pie the dinners are terrible can’t stand them for the lack of taste and poor ingredients I have the pit roast left to try but almost afraid to try it with the outcome of the other meals

Great product however they were out of lobster so replaced with chicken which didn’t seem equivalent.

Sent a wonderful gift...

Sent a gift box of sockeye salmon filets to my cousin; she loves salmon! She was very excited to receive this and is keeping them for herself, one at a time so she can savor. She gave the burgers (!) to her daughter's family as she doesn't eat beef and they have a teenaged son. One order made everyone VERY HAPPY. Thank you.

Pork chops are no bargain

Pork chops are no bargain, cooked perfectly and they where dry and no difference taste than 1.99$ chop.hamburgers looked like saw dust and tasted know different than my butcher’s hamburg. COD was very good.didn’t try steaks yet I hope they are better than chops and hamburgers. To me the prices are way over priced!
