I am thrilled with the service from MailBoxes Etc. First, I was surprised that my wine shipment arrived so quickly since I had been cautioned that it could take weeks or months. Then I was impressed with the careful packing of the wine bottles. Those bottles so well protected that I am sure nothing short of a bomb blast would have destroyed them.

This used to be a great place, they had good rates and also good service.

However latley I have sent to packages from here where the pricing with shipping providers UPS, Fedex has been so high and I have also had trouble with each shipment (one got sent to Germany when I was sending it internally in Sweden).

My perception is that the staff currently working in the stores do not know how to select, manage shipments and the various shipping / freight options, ways to go about shipping customer packages.

It seems to be fine when you yourself bring in shipments with your labels, but not when you want to ship from with them (their assistance).

I have had to pay a high price for the freight when shipping from the Riddaregatan location. They have awful rates and don't know how to support their customers with shipping guidance (like they used to)

Shipment received to full satisfaction. First choice by next shipments.

To collect and to ship to Rome - from the close auction house Tourny - a small simple paper tube with 2 litographies inside (value 40€) they asked me € 167....

We have used MBE in both Italy and France. Everything has always arrived packed well and in a timely manner. We learned this last time that MBE would also collect the wines.

Terrible. Purchased two beautiful hand painted vases. They put two layers of bubble wrap around them, placed them on the bottom of a large box and then a flimsy layer of paper over the top. Obviously every time the box moved the bases moved. Arrived smashed to pieces. If you want to send anything valuable and fragile DO NOT USE these people. They do not know how to pack

We learned so much as we toured the facility and tasted your wines. Our guide was so helpful when we asked about a wine for our Thanksgiving dinner, and the recommendation was perfect! We were worried that the wine might not arrive in time, but it arrived well boxed and well ahead of Thanksgiving.

The wine has arrived. MBE made me happy. Ship your wine with them.

I used Mail Boxes Etc. Plérin (run by Judith Paris) to ship a bottle of Krug Rosé Magnum champagne from Paris to Mexico on the recommendation of Signorvino Paris. I paid an agreed price for the service, including shipping and related costs, and it ended up costing me far more because of three failed attempts to get it through Mexican customs, because the paperwork did not meet their requirements.
The shipment was supposed to arrive in November 2024 before my mother’s 50th birthday, but in three attempts it never arrived. During that period, the package reportedly entered Mexico three times and was returned each time. At no point did I feel I received clear, proactive guidance on customs requirements or practical solutions to avoid repeated rejections.
Because of these delays and failures, the champagne never arrived in Mexico in time for the celebration. This caused me a lot of stress and disappointment, as the bottle was intended as a very special gift. In the end, instead of reaching Mexico, the shipment was only delivered to another address in France about a year later.
Based on this experience, I personally would not use MBE Plérin or Judith Paris again for international shipping, especially for valuable or time‑sensitive items. I would recommend that anyone considering their services ask for very clear written explanations of customs processes, timelines and responsibilities before paying.

Carrier was responsive to my inquiries and when I caught a missing winery they responded and fixed the shipment. Wine came in perfect condition.

Mailboxes, etc., France stayed in touch with me throughout the whole process. As the tariffs changed, they came to me respectfully asking for funds to cover the newest tariffs. My package came to me during the months that I expected, and it was all packed safely with no issues.

Great service, safe, easy. My items were packed well. No damage what's so ever. Will use again.

Guillaume and his team in the Montpellier branch were excellent to work with as my dedicate shipping partners for the past two years. With great care, they helped me regularly ship my paintings around the world. Sending artwork is notoriously worrysome as the work can hold a high value so well-protected packaging and a team dedicated to ensuring its safe transit and arrival to my clients is always paramount. I was very impressed by their personable approach and the team regularly went above and beyond to help me, often collecting my work by hand from my studio. i have now left France but cannot recommend them enough - especially their excellent english skills - it makes international business all the more simple!

Mail Boxes Etc. did an outstanding job. The staff, especially Philippine, was incredibly helpful and very friendly. My laptop was at the lost and found office at Bordeaux airport, and I had already returned to the United States. Mail Boxes Etc. retrieved my laptop, packed it, and shipped it without any issues. They even checked to ensure that the laptop was successfully delivered. They responded quickly and did an exceptional job. I highly recommend their services!!! David

The package was placed at a drop spot almost 2 kilometers from my house and most of the roads inside the city center are not drivable. The box should've been dropped to a closer location. Now I must collect this order on foot...
