At first i was very impressed that the sales team were very keen to listen to what i was after! But fast forward to the aftersale! Took time to reflect, and wow!! They were very keen to have my business! Seems very strange! Sold me a car, which they made sound was immaculate condition. On delivery it was nothing as id expect.
Never trust a sales man over the phone! Go and look at the car before buying!
Shocking service! Still waiting to receive some touch up paint which they promised…. And now im paying an extra £100+ to get the car valeted to make it feel new!!!

Had to take my car there for a Ford recall issue, which they did deal with.
Labour fees are extremely high, parts are higher than at other places too - it's not worth considering using them for anything unless you have money to burn.

They care about the people and not just about a sale, they take your needs into consideration.
I travel 2 hours to use Lookers, I’ve used them for my last 4 cars they are amazing, attentive and caring

The service Zac provided was truly outstanding. While all the sales staff are friendly, building genuine trust with customers isn’t always easy. But Zac has clearly mastered it. He is transparent, listens carefully, and focuses on what the customer actually needs rather than pushing a sale.

If you’re planning to visit, I highly recommend asking for Zac. you’ll be in great hands and can expect a five-star customer experience.

Great customer service, very professional and good communication throughout the process of purchasing and collecting my new car. The sales team were keen to help without being too pushy and all of my questions were answered promptly and courteously.

I was contacted by Joe in New Car Sales who offered me a fantastic deal on a new car which was hard to turn down, all the paperwork was straight forward and quick, no waiting around for hours, Joe was very friendly and professional, he was really good at his job, got my car within 4days of being offered it...5 stars....thank you Joe your an asset to Ford Lookers

Saw my car on line visited Savile Street, Sheffield same day. Brad went through everything with me. Customer Service was excellent. I went from seeing, visiting and purchasing all in one day ! Thank you loving my new car 👍

I collected my new car this week & the service/ assistance from Philip Earl was second to none. He is extremely helpful & the process was faultless including changing the plates across from the old car to the new one, highly recommended.

Via the Lookers website, I submitted my details and was contacted very promptly by Brett Turner, along with another member of the sales team. Brett also followed up with an email inviting me to get in touch if I required anything further — which, at the time, seemed reassuring.

I subsequently emailed Brett to ask whether it would be possible to view a vehicle at 8:00am on Saturday, as I thought the dealership opens at that time. Strangely — particularly for a sales department — I received no response.

As a result, I called directly and spoke to Brett. When I queried whether he had received my email, I was informed there was a “back log” against it. I can only assume this is industry terminology for “we’ll respond if and when we feel like it.”

Brett proceeded to book an appointment for me at Sheffield Lookers to purchase a used Ford Puma. I specifically double-checked that 8:00am was acceptable, given it is an early appointment for a dealership, and was assured that this was absolutely fine.

I received an email confirmation for 21/2/26 at 8:00am stating that a “Sales Executive” would contact me to introduce themselves prior to the appointment. Unsurprisingly, this did not happen. The confirmation email advised that if I did not receive this call, I should contact Brett — which I did. As before, no reply.

I then drove over an hour to Sheffield fully intending to purchase the vehicle — quite possibly the most straightforward sale they would have had that day. On arrival at 8:00am, however, the dealership was completely closed. It did not open until 9:00am.

How can Lookers be unaware of its own opening hours?
How can emails from confirmed customers go unanswered?
How can a confirmed appointment be arranged for a time when the premises are closed?

If this reflects the standard of pre-sales communication and organisation, I can only imagine what after-sales support might look like. Fortunately, that is not something I will need to find out.

A deeply disappointing experience.

Excellent service staff very helpful and friendly. The store was very cold inside overall experience was great would have been fantastic if it was warmer inside.

Went for a second look at a used car I was interested in on Saturday (14th Feb), the guys down there were all friendly and helpful. Dan Flude was really down to earth and a really nice guy and along with Charlie did us the best deal we could hope for. Left there feeling happy with our package and the car was ready to be collected by Tuesday. The whole experience was seamless, they gave me a good price for my old car and left me feeling happy and valued. I am really happy with my new car and would definitely shop there again. Tip - see Dan if he is available!
