This was my third time buying from Charles Hurst Toyota. Dealt with Barry on each occasion. The fact I keep going back says it all- staff are friendly, informative & not pushy. Customer service is excellent, they respond quickly to phone or email query.

My c class Merc showing messages regarding battery issues, every now and then. The car is 2023 model and still under dealer warranty.
Contacted Ashford and Maidstone branches but told they are not sure if this issue covered by warranty.
Promised someone will call back but nothing happened.

Staff were friendly I was told a rough time to expect my car back got a text message with the report of all that was done on my car and a phobe call a few mins later tovinform me my car was ready to be picked up an hour before expected delighted

Friendly, swift, pleasent experience. I felt the salesman went above and beyond my expectations which is rare. After sales equally so after a small issue was dealt with without question or hesitation. 10/10.

Excellent service apart from taking too long.

I am glad the car lights are now working but I find it strange that the problem could have been resolved by following 3 simple steps over the phone . Seems like a waste of time and money to me .

We are motability customers and had a bad time at the Crawley branch (nothing to do with this branch) trying to place out order and our next nearest VW centre was Guildford. So qué a grumpy me trying to make an order at the Guildford branch.
My gosh what a difference! This branch really looked after us, dealt with me being a grumpy moo and I left smiling and laughing. They made the process so easy and kept us updated along the way. Collection was so smooth and easy and Malcolm understood that I didn't want a faffy handover I wanted a speedy run through and to go, his manager was phenomenal too and was who we placed the order with and Paul was brilliant after a disastrous morning on pick up day meant that the previous motability vehicle broke down in the morning. They were so supportive and accommodating to us having to come late due to waiting to the RAC.

Car booked in for routine service on a stay and wait basis. Kept informed throughout the process and all work carried out to a high standard and finished within informed timescales
