So helpful from start to finish

David Boor was the sales advisor and was brilliant.
After my enquiry he contacted me straight away and discussed what I wanted from a car & how the one I had chosen would benefit my requirements.
In the showroom, very knowledgeable ,
Explaining the workings of the car and on my test drive made me feel relaxed as I was a bit anxious as my previous car was 11 years old & some problems with it and felt nervous driving a newer car.
The car was a lovely drive and David was a massive support.
Decided I wanted the car but because I had been catching the bus to work, I was unable to collect so on the arranged date he collected me when I finished & took me to the showroom to collect my car to drive home. Very helpful and a nice man😊

David Boor was great (John Banks Suzuki BSE). I saw a car while mine was in for a service. David took mine for a quick drive to price for part exchange. The quote was fair and was what I was expecting. Claire in the service desk was also fantastic, explained the work mine needed clearly. Clear communication from David re the finance, and other products. He wasn't pushy with the GAP insurance. Overall a great service from David and Claire 🙂🙂

John Banks Honda always look after me as a customer. I have now bought 2 cars from them and Kymberley Cant makes a real effort to make the process as smooth and uncomplicated as possible. She is friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

Excellent support from Kimberley and the whole sales team at John Banks Honda Ipswich through the whole purchase process for my new Honda CRV. Kept me informed every step of the way and met my desired delivery date. Explained options well and again at car handover of the car they explained the various features and controls of the vehicle.
Service department also gave me superb service in helping with the transfer of my personal plates to the new vehicle.

Staff at John Banks Ipswich were very polite, professional & knowledgeable regarding the purchase of my Honda Jazz. Kymberley was very helpful & efficient & took us smoothly through the process of purchasing the car. She arranged two separate test drives & expertly instructed us on the controls & features of the vehicle. Nothing was too much trouble for her. This is the second new vehicle we have purchased from John Banks Ipswich.

The Branch of Cambridge staff was lie to me. The staff told me only one technician in the car can not hear wear sound from the motor. I was ask her the technician still in the service centre. she said me that he was left but she told me the techniican should off 16:30. he left early. But she did not check. She can told me straight away. I don't know she can tell me even not checked. Good luck for other customer in the service centre

well, I was looking for a new car to replace my 19year old Mercedes and called for the first time in the garage of John banks Ipswich, I was shown various cars by a young lady Amy liegh who was under supervision by another young girl Kimberley. I was quite impressed with there knowledge of the cars, I test drove two cars that I liked and felt comfortable in the garage the staff being helpful and respectful. I ended up buying the Honda CR-v ephev. and very pleased with it. the process including handover by Kimberly was excellent, Kimberly taking me through all aspects of the purchase. the premises were neat and tidy toilets clean and did not smell. after hand over I dealt with service department to agree with service contract and extra's. all in all the experience was very nice. a good team what appears an excellent Group.

A warm welcome and smile from anyone of the staff..a coffee is offered if there's time 👍lt is now my 3rd car from John Banks Honda lpswich, Kymberly make's the process so easy..even enjoyable spending the money 🤑 She certainly knows her stuff and explains any issues easily. In a nutshell - Kymberley is who makes us return to John Banks Honda. She is an amazing sales person. From the first time we met her almost three years ago she has proved herself to be the ultimate professional. She is well informed, efficient and caring. Throughout the two car purchases we have made she has kept us informed and guided us through the process with minimum of fuss and great service.

It's the people at John Banks Ipswich that make the difference. At some other dealers the staff could be replaced by AI Computer Screens and the service would improve. At John Banks Honda the whole team contributes to a great purchasing experience, notably Ed Kreckler and Kymberley Cant. But the service team is customer friendly too, so my latest purchase was a return to Honda after a brief experience elsewhere.

Friendly and knowledgeable

We have been with John Banks for a number of years, even if we are not local to the Cambridge dealership. We recently purchased a Hyundai Kona 2.6 hybrid N line S. The senior sales person Darren was extremely knowledgeable, patient and had no hard sales tactics.
We were undecided between three different cars. Darren went through each car and after a test drive the Kona was our choice. The pricing was very clear and the finance paperwork handled quickly and efficiently with no fuss.
We would happily recommend any family or friends to the John Banks dealership.

Staff always helpful. Received service and mot reminder in good time and offered a convenient time. Service staff were very pleasant and chatty when I dropped my car off and on collection. Arrived to collect my car as final paperwork was being sent through so technician had a chat about my car and anything which he thought I should check.

Straight forward process from start to finish.
Paul was very good at keeping in contact throughout, he was very patient and understanding.
He made the whole process easy and uncomplicated ensuring we understood everything.
We must add we were away on holiday during the whole process
It was a very thorough hand over, and we are very pleased product and with Paul contacting us today to ensure everything was fine

John Banks Colchester - Renault Rafale car Service Review.

After struggling to secure an appointment elsewhere, John Banks organised everything promptly. Despite the distance from London to Colchester, the visit proved worthwhile.

During the service, a complication arose with my car's immobiliser (Ghost II), the mechanic team couldn't proceed without the security sequence code. Caroline Lyons swiftly arranged a courtesy car, allowing me to return home whilst the issue was resolved. The following day, the immobiliser company worked with the mechanic team to reconfigure the device, and everything proceeded smoothly.

The professionalism throughout was exceptional. Caroline Lyons and Elliot Hamilton were particularly outstanding, knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely committed to excellent service. I felt welcomed and valued at every stage.

I highly recommend John Banks and look forward to returning next year.

David was very friendly and very helpful right from the start of the process of buying our new car.
He took us for a test drive on roads that we were able to drive at different speeds to decide if this was the right car for us.
He answered all of our questions and made sure we were happy and made the right choice of car.
We were able to test drive and drive away in 3 days as this was how long we were in the area before driving back up north.

After sales support is virtually non-existent. In particular the Colchester dealership
seems particularly disorganised and they look to frustrate any attempts to contact the service department by telephone.
