Worst experience in my life in Denmark…

Worst experience in my life in Denmark and worldwide (including China).

They took the money and promise they will deliver, but every-time they "forget" to do it or call me back or give the money back.

I have opened a case with consumer protection Complaint number 1019306 - just to come to a solution - WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE

Communication

I had an issue that i couldn't check out with my order and I wrote to live chat about it and then Lise wrote "I am sorry that it doesn't work. We dont seem to have a general problem." and left one second after she sent that message. It's very rude just to leave conversation like this, I couldn't even ask anything or get a proper advice.

Fog sales machine with known defect.

I bought a Nilfisk high pressure washer (type D130.4 xtra) from Fog webshop, which didn't work.
then I gave a call to the customer service but got tons of reasons, e.g my home power is not strong enough, my water pipe is not correct, bla bla..
I had to bring it to the Fog shop and a salesman tested and confirmed the machine can not work. so I had a exchanged one.
funny is I had exactly same failure from this exchanging. so I had to bring the machine back to shop again.
this time another salesman told he already has dozen of same type failure machine. he agreed to fix it but no guarantee the same problem can happen again.

finally I return the machine. I do not want a failure one.

question is why Fog sales a machine with known defect.
and why the sales didn't tell me this but still gave me exchange when first time.
its not trustable.

it wastes me lots of time and I have to drive to shop times.

Very poor customer relations

Visited today and was charged significantly more than the advertised cost of the goods. Luckily I looked at the receipt and found that the sale items had been charged at full price. Getting a refund required a return trip, and no apology was given nor were we compensated in any way for the inconvenience. I realize mistakes happen in retail but normally I would expect better service on realizing the mistake.
