Went in this morning after being recommended Higgss and Higgs by someone in Hobby Craft, not knowing what to expect I turned up and I felt like I went into an Aladdins cave of materials. It was fantastic, so much variety and knowledge. A must go. Chatted to a staff member called Johnny and he very quickly felt like a sewing god mother who was answering all my prayers. From an extremely diverse and disciplined background he openly shared knowledge with such candour I could have chatted to him for hours. With so much experience to draw from he was so open and helpful and warm when I was asking him questions and telling him my background. For that alone I will be going back. Faultless customer service, I felt like I was chatting to a friend over a shared passion. It was perfect. Cannot recommend enough!!!

The reversible cotton quilted fabric is lovely and arrived quickly. Communication was speedy and helpful.

This is a story of a company doing its utmost to help me. I was so fed up that a pattern hadn’t arrived which was for a child in my class (who was disappointed). After some effort to get in touch, I spoke to Joe who explained that they had email me a few days after I’d placed my order. Sadly I didn’t get this as it headed into my spam folder. H&H refunded my money - but I hadn’t noticed. Today I spoke to Joe and he was really brilliant , very kind and helped me with another pattern. It is great to get good service and I will buy more from H&H because of Joe.

This company sells the most amazing fabrics. I ordered yesterday and received through Royal mail my fabric today. The customer service are so polite and friendly. Absolute perfection.
