The discount code didn't work even…

The discount code didn't work even though we fulfilled the spend criteria, otherwise we found the holiday we wanted to book really easily

No transfers

Very easy process on booking. Would of been useful to see a ' what's included' during the booking process, I did not see any transfer to and from the hotel information so I spent a lot of time looking for something that was not there. Maybe just a line that states there is 'no transfers for this holiday' would of been most helpful
