Very positive experience.

It's just easy
It's just easy, its more personal, you could ask million questions and its not a hardship to get the answers, dont live in the area anymore but I will be using Erica and her team for future holidays.

Second time booking our cruise holiday with hays. Erica and the team at swinton are an absolute credit to Hays. Erica has again helped with everything- helping us find exactly what we wanted. Would definitely recommend booking with hays rather than online - we have moved further away but will still continue to book with Swinton hay’s because of the service :)
