Amelia was very patient, helpful, and found answers to all our questions. The downside was not being able to pay using our bank cards.

Extremely helpful travel agents
We were so pleased that we popped into Hays.
As we had very specific requests we really struggled at all other travel agents.
At Hays,every single requirement matched the holiday that we booked.
The team here are very swift but still take care to ensure the correct holiday so you are not left wondering if they will eventually fit you in like our experience with different companies.This was so unlike any other travel agents that you visit.Ask for Wilson at the Hays in Sutton Coldfield because he checks every holiday deal from all different holiday companies.
The price was fantastic so in future we will always return to Hays and never waste time elsewhere again.
