gift voucher
I just needed a gift voucher. ALlisa explained its a bit of a long process. So I could go to work Alisa did all the paper work and did the payment over the phone. Then as I worked near by she popped in with my voucher. Very good service.

I had already done my research
I had already done my research, and only needed prices to make the decision. I left the details and asked for prices to be emailed to me when they had time. This was done within 24 hours. Popped back to book a day or two later with no issues.
I found the staff to be kind friendly and helpful. This was a massive improvement from the last time I enquired about a holiday with them.

Do not book a holiday with this place
Do not book a holiday with this place , I booked a holiday with my friend and couldn’t attend anymore I was told my ticket couldn’t be sold to anyone else without my consent by these people and they allowed the friend I was going with to transfer the holiday without my consent and I lost all the money after being told it could not be sold without my consent the staff were rude and had no empathy at all do not risk booking a holiday with this Company
