Great company, had great service, but was annoyed asi ( fiona Davis) placed order, booked holiday, paid deposit with my card and used my phone and email, but like this message all correspondence after that was addressed to Mr k Davis !!

We have always booked our holidays with Ryedale Travel and when it was taken over by Hayes Travel and have always found the staff very friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. it is very good that the staff do not change and know you as soon as you go through the door which makes it seem very personable.

Caroline was great, very professional and knowledgeable. We had a fun time booking our holiday. We were offered lots of choices, and given information about airport parking and currency options. We will happily return to book our next holiday. 😀
