I went into the Newark Branch yesterday and Lola was more than helpful. She was extremely friendly, really understanding and found the holiday i wanted and for a great price. It’s my first time booking with Hays, and we go in September. From the interaction and communication with Lola yesterday, i would absolutely book through them again.

She covered details of currency exchange offers, arranged airport parking and advised of timetable for booking seats.
All in all a vey pleasant experience from someone who converted an initial enquiry into a firm sale through her thoroughness and friendly demeanour.

We've just returned from one villa holiday which ticked all the boxes for us, so we've booked again yesterday for another villa different location. Kerry booked our last and this one, she's very helpful and gives us good advice based on what she knows we have on our wish list. We always recommend Hays.
