I felt I was given time to discuse our reqirements for the holiday and the staff were very knowledgeable . We got a lovely hotel and for the dates we wanted . Unfortunately had to pay the whole holiday up front which I wasn' t expecting but we are only seven weeks from our departure . J H

Staff helpful and friendly

I chose Hays Travel in Malton as it is our local town.
when entering the shop I was greeted by Debi with a lovely smile, this made me feel at ease straight away.
I explained that we were looking for a River cruise in Europe and she chose a brochure for me and then helped me choose the right River Cruise for us. Debi was very helpful and informative.

Having previously visited for holiday advice and been provided with a selection of hotels, I came home to discuss options.
I then returned a few days later with a different hotel, destination and dates. I was greeted well and there were no problems with the booking.

Debi was welcoming and very knowledgable. Gave us everything we asked for and more.
