Friendly and totally professional.
Agent Janice was so welcoming and totally organised before I sat down. Friendly and professional with a full explanation of the requested tour and additional options. Travel insurance fully explained without prejudice, and costing of holiday also fully explained. Visa requirements also explained and location of the nearest Foreign Embassy. Hard copy of booking, ATOL Certificate and itinerary of holiday given. Not at any time did I feel rushed and often I felt as though the agent was coming with me on the holiday. Overall a terrific experience and I wouldn't hesitate to use Hays Travel again.

We received excellent service when we went in to book a holiday. The staff were really friendly and e helpful with our booking process. The aftercare service is also excellent, keeping us up to date of any changes throughout the whole process .
I will have no hesitation in using them again to book our next holiday.
