We have been using Hays travel agents in Ipswich for 5 yrs now,all the staff in there are always smiling and very professional even the lady who does the travel money,you let them know your budget to spend,where you want to go and there on ot getting you the best deals that they can find.Sophie is the manager and she knows exactly what we are looking for and sorts it out,she will always give an honest opinion and look at each booking to make sure there are also no hidden costs,we don't use any other company.

Bespoke trip for no more than a package
Sophie booked us a bespoke package so we could go on the days we wanted and found much nicer hotels than we had seen on packages. It is just what we wanted.
