I really like this company. A really professional experience
We always use Hays travel, but this is the first time we have booked through your Heswall branch. We saw a young lady called Paige, who was most helpful in choosing not only flights, but took into consideration our need for a hotel close to the Christmas markets in Krakow. Once again, a really professional experience with Hays Travel.

great method of working, very prompt and clear instructions. I booked with you last May and October so I was a little surprised I had to do certain this time, like booking my own hotel, taxi in Dubai. there was something else as well. hopefully you book me in for the flight too like last time
