Our experience organising a guided tour to Japan was made so much easier by Sophie who was extremely knowledgeable, attentive & polite. Nothing was a bother to her. It was the main reason we booked our holiday through Hays.

We came in not knowing what we wanted and came out with a lovely holiday thanks to Peter who was excellent.

Another fantastic experience with Sophie at Hays. After returning from holiday we spoke to Sophie about holiday options in September. Sophie researched and gave us options based on our own criteria, and knowledge of others who had shared their own holiday experience. With this confidence our holiday is now booked. Sophie was professional, flexible and gave a personal touch. Having this trust and confidence in Dundee Hays staff is why we return each year.

Met with a warm friendly welcome by staff which made booking our holiday effortless. Everything was explained without any pressure . Process was quick and simple. Service was first class. Would recommend to friends.
