Thank you for your comments.
As I explained to you in the store your city break was booked TUI however they use third party airlines like Ryanair to enable their customers to travel from their local airports.
As Ryanair have very restrictive terms & conditions on amendments to their flights once booked, TUI's terms and conditions change as you are flying with a third party airline.
As you are aware when you called into the store to make the amendment, Ruby called TUI on your behalf and was advised by their agent that as the flights were operating with Ryanair and your departure was so close they were unbale to help us and we advised you, that they advised, you will have to change the flight yourself with the reference number on your TUI paper work.
I fully appreciate this can be frustrating and when your relative called the branch for more clarification on the situation this was clearly explained to her and I even offered to do it on your behalf in the branch but was advised it was clearly understood and they would make the change for you.
Again please accept my apologies for any misunderstanding.
