I had the help Millie to book my holiday, she was so helpful and ensured everything was set and ready for me to go! So stress-free and seamless booking process.

WE DIDNT GET THE ROOM WE WERE TOLD WE WOULD GET.
But when we arrived we could get a bigger room if we paid an extra 43 EUROS A DAY
THAT WAS BEFORE WE SAW THE ROOM .
THE TRAVEL INSURANCE YOU SELL ISNT WORTH THE PAPPER ITS WRITTEN ON.
RANG INSURANCE TO GO THROUGH DETAILS. NO SAID THE SHARK WE WILL GIVE YOU ANOTHER COMANY TO RING. AND PAY THEM EXTRA. BUT YOU STILL HAVE TO PAY OUR FEE. THATS WHY I CANCELLED.
HAYS MUST KNOW THIS INSURANCE IS POOR. BUT A NICE BIT OF COMMISSION IS NICE HAYS ISNT IT.

Layla was very helpful finding us a holiday on a budget.

I visited the Bluewater branch twice when booking my holiday and on both occasions Evie helped me.
She was very patient and helpful and showed a good professional knowledge of holidays available that met our requirements.

We called in by chance looking for a holiday somewhere special for my wife’s birthday, we were greeted by Karen who sat with us and discussed what we wanted, she gave us several ideas.
Karen emailed us a couple of quotes which we looked at, we decided where we wanted to go and we booked an appointment with Karen to finalise what we wanted and booked our holiday for us.
We never felt any pressure, we have never booked with Hays before, we normally always use Tui or Virgin when choosing our holiday but not anymore, we felt so looked after Hays will be our first choice from now on👏👏

Karen was so attentive and helpful, nothing was too much trouble she is a great asset to Hays Travel 5 star 👏👏👏👏👏
