A very pleasant experience from opening the door and walking in, to exiting having booked a holiday.
Adam couldn't have been more efficient, reassuring and patient, taking his time whilst we made up our minds.
Sharon helped with information about our destination, as she had already visited.
There was a lovely young girl in the office who was also helpful and interested, sadly, I can't remember her name, but she was lovely.
Altogether a really happy experience!
