Another positive experience at Hays booking a cruise holiday for next year. Lisa was easy to deal with. We had already decided where and when so it was just a case of booking it. We always book our holiday with Hays, in their Bedminster branch. The ladies, who work there are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, with the great attention to the detail. I cannot imagine any better service anywhere else in the world.
