It was a breathe of fresh air to deal with a person direly in a travel shop who was knowledgeable and helpful and who actually cared about providing good service. It was good to know that good old fashioned customer service and focus still mean something in a world of endless online bookings and passwords. The price of the holiday was a goods the the online price, albeit with good service and a nice smile. Well done Lisa at Hays Travel Bedminster Bristol. We will definitely be back to book another holiday. Thank you.

She has just got a cruise with a assessable cabin for my scooter for a very good price .
We are very pleased, Jaci is very good at her job and knows what we want and so we always get everything we want in a holiday .
We only go to hays and have a lot holidays booked. The team there all seem interested to hear about our holiday and are pleased that we have had a great time.

Jackie from Hayes Travel Bedminster arranged our holiday with precision and thoughtfulness (she knows us as we've been to her many times before). She gave us options and helped us choose the best. Hayes has done us proud again.

We walked into Bedminster, Bristol branch and was greeted by Jackie.
This lady did everything possible to customise our holiday the way we wanted it. Nothing was too much trouble for her.
Jackie listened to everything we wanted from our holiday and put together the perfect package. We now can't wait to go.
The office was air conditioned which was a god send due to the extreme heat we were having.

Rachel as always is amazing at finding me a break in my budget!

From when we first walked into the Hays office it was like walking into a room of friendly smiling faces. Everyone can’t do enough for you.
