I have 2 Gosun Kit solar ovens. Both perform better than I anticipated, but Gosun appears to have a quality control problem. The cap of the first oven does not stay on, and the protective vacuum seal cover on the end of the oven fell off. Gosun sent me a second Kit oven, but the interior side of the external tube (or possibly outer surface of internal tube) appears to be scratched and mottled or etched. The reflectors on both ovens appear to be slightly too long in the longitudinal direction making them assume a slightly concave shape in that direction. I have sent a note asking them if this is accident or design but have not heard back yet. Were it not for these problems I would have given them 5 stars. I have since been contacted by Gosun customer service and they are making things right for me, and even offered a discount on additional purchases. I have raised my rating to 4 out of 5 for their great customer service response, and I think the ovens are great despite the problems. I definitely recommend them.
