No More Mosquitoes

They do a great job and we no longer have mosquitoes in our yard. They are also careful not to spay any edible fruits and vegetables growing in our yard.

I have experienced a poor business…

I have experienced a poor business model with aptive during my entire subscription. They offer one thing deliver completely different. Their technicians are fine for the most part but the spray they use on the inside stains the floor and leaves a milky substance. They take full advantage of their promissory window of service, stretching out to 88 days on one service.

Very disappointed which is sad because I do like the service techs when they come out. I did have one skip my house and said that nobody came to the door when they knocked but the six cameras that I have facing the driveway missed their arrival.

My Aptive Rep is Great

My Aptive Rep, Alec, made my experience great. The stars are for him. He knew my house and remembered my preferences. He is also professional and friendly. Please note, your website is not so great: when rescheduling my appointment, I was given 6 choices and then told each date and/or time was null. I could not find a phone number on my account and had to look it up to reschedule. Customer Service was great though.

We weren’t here when service tech first…

We weren’t here when service tech first came and we had forgotten to tell him to replace some bait traps under our hot tub which requires some panels to be removed. I texted him after he left and he came back right after he finished his next house. He did not have to do that as it was not his fault. I think it’s great that he came back and replaced the bait traps. That’s above and beyond the call of duty. Everything else was great too! Since Aptive has been doing our house we’ve had no problems with bugs, spiders our wasps.
