Terrible !!!
1.Eight persons for one appointment at 8 o'clock , then another eight persons for 8:04 ,then same for 8:08 and so on .So 50 persons waiting- only one nurse working.
2.Later is absolutely impossible to download your results.So if you have an appointment with doctor next day - no results.
3.You need to go to the office next day and wait again ,so eventually they'll print your results
4.And of course is private ,you pay significant amount of money for this "Service ".
5.I recommend that you need to search another lab .This place doesn't work .

worst experience ever in the shop they have in C/ Velez Málaga. Unfriendly and deficient personnel treating clients as meat. But, not enough, they do not analize what it is prescribed by doctor, but they apply their own criteria to exclude test because they consider not relevant due to the results of other parameters, basically, they save money on behalf of the client, they charge full price and deliver incomplete results. As a result I have to convey another test. There are plenty of good laboratories in Spain and in Málaga, like Quirón. Never again Eurofins

I have been to Eurofins (previously called Synlab) several times in Marbella and Fuengirola, and I am very impressed with their service for blood and urine tests.

There was no waiting time when I booked in advance, and I received my results within about two working days. The reception staff at the laboratory were very kind and helpful, and they all spoke English very well. I cannot even see a mark on my arm.

I highly recommend this laboratory.

never used their service. but ended up with someone's blood vials delivered to my house in the post. not exactly what I would expect to receive. when called the number on the bottom of the form, totally disregarded. then I tried to reach out on social media. no luck. so eurofin thanks for someone's blood. I am sure you are a totally non secure service and don't seem to care about customer service or your public image.

This was a completely unacceptable experience from start to finish and, in my view, does not even deserve the one star required to leave a review. The service failed to meet the agreed deadline, with explanations that were neither reasonable nor professional. The report itself contained serious and concerning errors, including incorrect address details, which calls into question the accuracy of the entire document.

We were also charged for tests that were never requested, and these charges were only removed after we challenged them. In addition, specific information that had been clearly agreed prior to payment was not included in the final report, despite assurances it would be.

As a result of these issues, we suffered financial loss and were forced to seek services elsewhere, causing further delay and inconvenience.

Overall, this was a poorly managed process lacking in accuracy, transparency and accountability. Based on our experience, I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution.

I paid a high sum for a comprehensive analysis of over 27 microorganisms, already tested by other laboratories in Europe, and what I got is a ridiculous list of 7 bacteria I already knew were present. I'm horrified

Eurofins is reliable, fast, and has labs everywhere. We use them for food safety testing, and they always deliver accurate results on time. A bit pricey, but worth it for the quality. Definitely recommend!

Extremely disappointed. In the first meeting , i got impression that i met right people. It was good for the first 2 months . After that they did their best to drag issues. They reply after 3-4 days. If issue still needs attention then will take weeks. Concerned person never pays attention to the problem and result is that you get issues after issues. But one gets stuck once you have started work with them. As soon as my task completes , i will never ever deal with this company. Worst customer service. No attention to customer.

Can I get services like testing sleep supplement to verify both the content and precise quantities of each ingredient.

Sequencing services have been going downhill for the last two years. It has reached the point where not only does the sequencing service give poor results, but they just don't run samples. On my last round, 4 out of 40 samples weren't run at all. With the awful way they treat their employees, I am not surprised. Just another example of enshittification of a company

Eurofins County Pathology (UK) is the worst lab experience I have ever had in my life.

They probably lost my blood test, but no one is able to provide information.
I have called 80 times and no one answers the phone.
Sent dozens of emails and no one replies to them.

They can't even confirm whether they have the test or not.

I have now lodged a formal complaint with the CGQ.

Had the unpleasure of dealing with the Norway branch of Eurofins. Extremely unprofessional. Almost felt like they did not want to sell their prodducts. Never come accross such poor customer service in my life.

I do not recommend their food safety consulting service. You will be charged a hefty sum with substandard service. Do not waste your money, you can find a better partner. Instead of properly advising customers of their limitations, they will instead focus on how to take your money.

I ordered a test kit for asbestos from Eurofins Belgium web page amiante-laboratoires.be . I paid and the money was taken but no kit arrived. When emailing the company to ask when the kit would be sent I got an answer to say that they closed their webshop in May and could not help me. However they have taken my money and when asking for a refund I got no answer. Possible scam alert
