Dobbies has been my favorite garden center for years, and it’s easy to see why. They consistently offer some of the best deals around, and their Dobbies Advantage Card is hands down the best loyalty program on the market. The benefits are fantastic – I’ve especially enjoyed the free monthly coffees and my special birthday treat each year. These little perks make every visit to Dobbies feel like a treat, and they really show how much Dobbies values their customers.

I’m saddened to hear that our local Dobbies is closing at the end of the year. It’s been more than just a garden center for our community; it’s been a place where people feel welcomed and appreciated. I’ll miss having such a wonderful place nearby.

We went to get some plants for the garden and we were able to pick up some lovely pansies

Took grandchildren for drinks and also bought seeds for birds.
Disappointing that no longer serve baby chinos as told might be too hot for children.

We all met up with the family, had a bite to eat. We had a dog and Lara was welcomed as you have an outside area. Unfortunately you forgot to bring the scones with jam we ordered, you were very busy that day, however I just went back after awhile to see where they were. You very kindly apologised and put them on a plate .

Fab free coffees and then we purchased some top soil and the lady at the till was super efficient.

Plenty of healthy plants at reasonable prices. Well presented shop with a wide variety of things on stock.

Quite hard to find the plants we were looking for. Good value for money

I bought a shed and in less than a year water coming in phoned the garden centre who told me ! To get intouch with a and j sheds who sent two men out who said I will have to pay for it new bearers priced at 160£
Got back in touch with Dobbeys who said they sell lots of sheds and do not have problems.
They blamed it on the concrete that has had sheds on it for over 30 years.
Cannot believe the bad service I received for a shed that was 1500.
The complaint made December 2022 shed delivered April 20022.

The supply of garden compost was very low and we were unable to purchase our usual one.
