It’s just incredible. In the beginning, it was a bit hard to dial in, but that was mainly because of the Weber basket—I had to grind much finer to compensate for the flow. Once I played around with the nerdy volumetric settings and adjusted the pre-infusion flow rate to 1.8, it started delivering exactly as it should. Switching profiles is seamless: when I switch to a dark roast with a 24g basket, I just adjust the dose from 18g to 24g and drop the temperature to 86°C, and it pulls a beautiful shot every single time. It works like a Swiss clock.
