We had a couple of initial issues with IT but the Charters local team were very responsive to our feedback and provided solutions that got our property on the market. A good service with helpful staff.

We had really good experiences with Tilly. She is really nice and friendly.

We had a very stressful and protracted sale caused by very difficult buyers at the bottom of the chain. Stephen and Andy kept us calm and worked tirelessly to make the purchase happen. In particular, Stephen kept us informed during every step on exchange day, and we all breathed a huge sigh of relief when the exchange finally happened. Thank you so much Stephen!

Found Isabella absolutely charming with attention to detail, answering all our questions without hesitation, I would recommend Isabella and your company as the service was second to none, also Isabella showed great care with currant tenants as they were home also.

Great experience finding a place in Brighton. They were quick with sending forms and Sam was excellent when it came to the viewings. 10/10 service.

We were selling long distance from 350 miles away (selling a relative's property under LPOA) so the good service we had from Charters (initially Michael Jones) made a real difference. We were kept informed about interest and viewings and were given good advice from Louis about pricing the property. When we accepted an offer Jane Tomlinson was a good point of contact and was very efficient at chasing up solicitors etc. She was readily available on the phone and always followed up on a phone call with the action needed. This was a long haul as the market was very stagnant when we were selling so it made a real difference dealing with an efficient estate agency. Thank you!

I love renting through Charters! The service I receive has been and is always great! They are helpful, responsive and very considerate. I rented my first property with them with Natalia Mazur as my Property Manager and the second with Rosie Price. Both have been amazing. We recently purchased our house through Charter Estate Agents and had a fantastic experience throughout the whole process.

Gosh, where to start?! When I was told I would be assigned a sales progressor for my house purchase this was something I’d never heard of before and was therefore apprehensive off what she/he would bring to the table. However, Jane Tomlinson was amazing. Always keeping me informed and giving me advice to bridge the gaps where solicitors were slow and lacking in communication. She was so reassuring and chased up various issues. She is easy to chat with and I felt she was really on my side during a very lengthy and stressful process! Thank you, Jane 😃👍🏻

We have had great support from the team over the years we have been with the company in letting and managing our single house. Recently our Property Relationship Manager has been Arlia Maitland. I don't think I have ever left a review before but Arlia has been oustanding in the way she has sorted out problems and helped me find solutios when I know she is extremely busy.
