really friendly, helpful staff. I went there to get my septum pierced a month ago, everything went well. the only thing wrong is you should not use the piercing cleaning solution they give you/sell. you should only use sterile saline solution, as when I used the solution they gave me, my swptum got infected and irritated, and when I switched to a saline solution it went away and was fine. other than that, I love this shop and everyone is so welcoming.

Just had a single ear lobe piercing and helix done today by Geoff. Absolutely amazing. Quick, efficient and very knowledgeable about what he was doing. Will definitely book again with him!

I had booked an eyebrow piercing for my 15 y/o daughter @ the Swansea store using the online booking system.
I read all the terms so didn't expect to have any issues, and knew that I would need to be in the room with her.
When we arrived we were told that we couldn't go ahead as my 4 y/o was with us. He was not allowed in the room and obviously couldn't be left outside on his own.

Staff are very friendly and helpful and everything was explained to me and used sterile equpment

I’ve shopped at the Liverpool branch a couple of times and had my nose pierced by Daisy. The service is brilliant and the staff is so welcoming. The piercing experience with Daisy was very positive as well!

I had my ears pierced after seeking advice from the lovely sales assistant. He was so friendly and reassuring. My piercing was performed in a sterile environment using high-quality, sterile equipment and using a disposable, single-use needle.
The man harboured my ears was very professional and also really lovely.
