I have been seeing Flavio regularly for some time now, usually every few months, and I honestly couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

He is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and thorough, but also warm, friendly and reassuring. He always takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly and never makes you feel rushed. I always come away feeling that I’ve been in very safe and experienced hands.

I have complete confidence in him and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for someone knowledgeable, caring and genuinely excellent at what he does.

When I first came in to see Dan some 4 months ago I had multiple areas that needed fixing from my back, to my knee, my foot, my calves and my forearm. After three sessions all symptoms had either been greatly reduced or eradicated completely. I now visit once a month alternating between Dan and George who specialises in deep massage which is working great for me. It's a nice environment to visit, always feel welcome and not just another broken body walking in through the door! Highly recommended A++

I’ve been attending the clinic for some time now & initially saw & still do see JT for physio. I’m a great advocate of alternative therapies & the holistic approach. JT acknowledged & upheld my approach to my health. He sought the cause of my issues & didn’t just treat the symptoms as many practitioners I’ve seen over the years do!! After several treatments in close succession he worked towards a plan to see him regularly, to maintain the level of fitness now reached. I went on to start seeing Nila the acupuncturist. I’d been seeing an acupuncturist for many years, but none as thorough as Nila! I now also have regular appts with Alen for personal training that includes nutritional advice. He works me hard, but is mindful of my limitations. All three practitioners are excellent & communicate with each other in respect of my physical issues ensuring I get the best from them all. This clinic offers an experience that is rare in this modern day & age by ensuring every patient gets the best they can offer. The clinic manager & admin staff have to also be mentioned as they too make attending the clinic an easy & relaxed experience. What a gem this clinic is!!

I have been going to the active heath clinic in Maidenhead to see Flávio on and off for years. He is an excellent chiropractor with a holistic approach to healing. He was able sort out a neck issue that I had been suffering with for years in a matter of weeks. I feel completely at ease with him as he’s extremely knowledgeable in his field, he talks through the treatment which I like.
I have recommended Flávio to many friends and they are all very grateful.

I’ve been seeing Steve at Active Health Clinic on and off for a few years.
I’ve recently seen Dan too and both treatments have gone hand in hand quite nicely and I honestly can’t recommend him highly enough. What I really appreciate is that he isn’t money-driven and never tries to sign you up for weeks and weeks of unnecessary treatment. He focuses on fixing the problem, and usually I only need one or two follow-up appointments before I’m back on track.

If I choose to book a maintenance appointment after that, it’s completely my decision—there’s never any pressure, which is so refreshing.

On top of that, everyone at the clinic is genuinely lovely. They’re friendly, welcoming, and always have a great sense of humour, which makes every visit a positive experience. It’s a clinic that really puts its patients first.

I have been training with Alen for around 2 years. I started sessions to build strength and stability after injury and the result has been transformative both physically and mentally!
Alen is not only a really knowledgeable and effective personal trainer but his holistic approach provided the support I needed to lose 6 stone in a safe way whilst building/maintaining muscle and greatly improving my stability and balance. I am now healthier, fitter and more confident at 61yrs old than I was a decade ago! Definitely worth the investment.

I have been visiting Flavio at Active Health Clinics for several years for Chiropractic treatment & he is my go to Chiropractor for my back treatment & other muscular issues that crop up from time to time.
He is a 100% dedicated caring professional who always puts his client 1st, always takes time to find & solve the issue,puts you back together again & nothing is ever an issue, just brilliant.
They have a great professional & very friendly team at AHC,
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Flavio & the team & I continue to recommend AHC to other people.

Dan Michael is great, I visited him for the first time when I was pregnant and suffering with hip pain, my little one is now over 2 and I'm still going to see him as I always leave feeling lighter and more flexible. Dan is always welcoming and professional.

I have used the team at Active Health clinics for the past couple of years to help me prepare for sporting challenges - most recently I've completed my first 100km Ultra Marathon.

But that's only half the story.... along the way Dan has fixed several anatomical issues that would have led to injury if untreated, and Krishna has helped me stay muscularly in shape.

It's takes a village to help me as a sixty plus year old achieve these challenges and it's great to have the Active Health team in my corner. Recommended!

I have had a very positive experience both at my initial assessment and following treatment sessions with Dan Michael. He has located and treated an number of issues so I can get back to running, He has also suggested ongoing preventative measures. Always professional and knowledgeable would certainly recommend.

Flavio is amazing, I came in with some back issues and he understood the symptoms and has been working with me to resolve years of fascia issues that have led me to this point. I've been happily seeing him for a session every 8 weeks now and although the treatment can be quite intense at times, you know it's working!
I've recommended him to a few people at my gym and everyone is amazed. He's great.

Steve Mullan is a great chiropractor and I visit on a regular basis to get my back "tweaked", thus avoiding a painful back condition developing. Steve and his team are always friendly and welcoming. Well recommended!

I have been visiting the Active Health Clinic for over 5 years now. I see my Chiropractor (Flavio) there and have a sports massage every now and then with Krishna as well.

I always feel better after I have been treated. They truly care about their patients and listen very well before treating you.

I highly recommend this Clinic and the people who work there. I wish I lived closer but I trust them and wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

Greg has great people skills. He listens, and questions before making a considered diagnosis and treatment plan. He has wide ranging expertise and experience and develops and adapts individual programmes to maximise the outcomes for his clients.
