Absolutely disgusting,lier ,asking me to pay twice for the thing which they forgot to do at 1st...because of their mistake they want me to pay again..never will visit again nor recommended anyone..i am just editing this to reply this Liers,I clear stated on the appointment to the person who was notarising the document that I need to notarised my witness document and he said its not necessary and now they changed the whole store..they are the bigger loser in the middle of the Manchester...

We are sorry that you were dissatisfied with your experience. However, we would like to clarify that your booking and quotation were for the notarisation of one specific document only.
The requirement to notarise an additional two documents was raised after the appointment, following advice you received from the High Commission. This additional work was not included in the original instructions provided to us or in the fee quoted and paid. As the two additional documents are separate documents requiring their own checks, notarisation and admin work, an additional fee would apply.
We did offer to complete the notarisation of the additional documents at a reduced rate, but understand that you did not wish to proceed. We are sorry for any frustration caused, but we do not believe it is accurate to suggest that you were being asked to pay twice for the same service.

Nathan was very friendly and efficient. Explained everything to us and made sure the documentation was completed correctly to avoid any delays going forward. I would definitely recommend this company and Nathan.
