How this company uses Trustpilot
See how their reviews and ratings are sourced, scored, and moderated.
Evidently corporate shills.
Take their used car reviews with a pinch of salt.
For one prime example, if you look at their used car reviews for the Ford Fiesta 2008-2017, they've given it mind-boggling 5* dissembling recommendation. If you check the reliability section, there's not one mention or hint about the Eco Boom saga, in particular the engine failing problems caused by the wet belt system, which is now almost infamous and common knowledge.
So, what are they not telling you about other used cars? One can only begin to imagine.
How can I rate something that I've just sent the enquiry form in to!?
