Ismail and Azim were super helpful and efficient above and beyond my expectations. Really grateful that they completely cut down the headache of a challenging move.

Our two movers were really fast with moving our stuff and always checked in to ensure they moved the right items and to the right place. They also were really communicative about their arrival time to make sure we were prepared!

Ismail, John, and Farhad went above and beyond for our move. They helped us move down four flights of stairs in 100+ degrees with a torrential rain storm and our electricity out. Despite the horrible working conditions, they were very pleasant, professional, and well prepared. There was no situation or tricky corner that deterred them. We would recommend them for a smooth and efficient move.

The entire WellKnown team was so communicative, prompt, and helpful. my move was so easy and stress free!! And when you call them, an actual human picks up the phone, love it!! Shoutout to Ismail and his team for getting me from DC to NYC - during the heatwave. Will use again!

AVOID! Worst moving experience I've had. Simple 1 bed local move and the way they pad time and fraudulently bill their breaks as working time is the most egregious I've seen from any moving company. They took a 45 min break (I timed it because it was obvious what they were doing) and then showed up "we're done with our 15 minute break!" Completely ridiculous. After about 40 mins I realized they would never finish without help so I started moving stuff myself and contributed at least an hour of work. They still billed me for an hour more than the 4 hour max of their estimated time + travel (because they were moving sooooooo inefficiently). Had to call and complain multiple times to get refunded for some of the fraudulent overcharges. To their credit, they did give me a partial refund for most of the overbilled time. But I would still definitely avoid this place. If you do go with them expect to have to watch and direct them constantly while videoing to gather evidence of their breaks or they will try to deny it when they leave. As far as I'm concerned they will try to scam you unless you are pushing back on it constantly. I have no idea how they have any positive reviews. Maybe they're fabricating and filtering their website reviews or have some teams somewhere that aren't like their NOVA people.

Ismail and Masud took extra care of our belongings, wrapping them in additional protection and getting them carefully and safely to our destination. It was clear they valued our belongings getting to our new home.

On time, perfect communication and work. I hired them because my new apartment was up in the 4th floor and no elevator was available. The team did amazing! And they finished quickly, now I feel at home in my new apartment. Thank Ismail, Islam, and Sam!

We had an excellent experience with Slava and Yuri! They came with all the needed equipment, wrapped up our furniture expertly, and managed to swiftly carry everything downstairs and then upstairs in our new place. Very strong and friendly. They handled the furniture with care, that's huge for us. Thanks y'all!

My wife and I were really impressed by the entire experience, from the quote process up to the final box being placed. Absolutely on top of things. This is my second time hiring WellKnown Moving. Both experiences have been great. The movers are super friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure things are where you want them and that everything is secure in the truck. They are also very fast and efficient. The third mover called out sick and the two guys who we had moved everything practically right on estimate for 3 men. Highly recommend!

The moving crew firstly called and let us know they were running early and asked if they could start earlier than scheduled. Once arrived everyone was very professional and made sure to asses the items being moved and immediately got to work. Each person worked hard and efficiently the entire time. Once we moved, the crew began to unload it a quick but careful pace, ensuring that items were not damaged or that walls and such were kept free of smudges or damage. Will definitely use them again when we move in the future! The only downside is that we were never told that travel time (what I assume is to and from the job from their home base) is charged as well. Total time ended up being 1 hour more than the actual move itself.
