Fantastic from start to finish, really happy with all staff that looked after me, the doc was superb, but, the teeth are superb

There is no price transparency here. I had a procedure done that was cheaper than the original plan, but the difference was never refunded to me. There is no price list available anywhere; prices seem to be made up individually. I am disappointed. It’s a shame, because the clinic itself is nice and modern

I am happy with my new smile. 22 zirconia crowns and 2 implants.

The whole experience from beginning of my 1st visit to the last days of my 2nd visit was memorable and a great experience. I loved the way the staff attended to every patient individually and they are very sensitive to our needs. Even when I had financial crisis on my first visit, there was a commendable plan for me to get through with it. I will definitely recommend Vitrin to anyone that's looking to get Moreton a Hollywood smile, more like a confident lifetime smile.

I just finished my treatment and I am delighted with my new SMILE 😁
What a difference a week has made.

Firstly I would like to thank Noah who initially helped with all the many questions I had and he reassured me the whole experience would be a very positive one. Amazingly he would get back to us so quickly at all times of the day.

On arrival and on our daily visits we have been fully informed of what treatment to expect and this was done in a professional and friendly manner.

Special praise to Amina and Noor who have made us most welcome and have answered any queries we have had.

Very impressed the Clinic has multilingual staff who focus specifically on the needs of there patients.

The clinic was very clean and had all the modern technology.

I sadly chose Vitrin clinic to replace my pristine beautiful upper veneers which were done 30 years ago by a lead dentist in Toronto Canada. The only request I had was to replace my 6 with 10 veneers that were aesthetically longer for an improved smile, and to match the whiteness of my new lower crowns I had done at another clinic.

I spoke to Sam at Vitrin by WhatsApp first, and he assured me that despite Eid holiday, the clinic would be fully open and I would make my flight on Friday… On the day of the Tuesday consult it was confirmed that they found a lab that would do the veneers and get me home per my scheduled flight on a Friday.

I was quoted $3950 CDN by their admin mgr Mert, this would include veneer removal with a waterlase laser (which was noted on their site - but they did not have at all I found out later - very dishonest) 10 veneers, a mouth guard for night time protection, some gum shaving, whitening of my back teeth that were not getting veneers so they would match up colour wise. I paid by visa immediately, then had my veneers removed (ground off, not lasered off…they misled me to believe they had laser) to expose dentin brown teeth. Simultaneously, I provided a clear photo of what I would like the new veneers to look like in terms of length, shape etc., and was assured yes they would pass this on to the lab. I walked out with horribly ugly exposed dentin teeth, trying to trust the process.

Nobody contacted me for the next 3 days prior to my flight, and in a panic I started messaging on the Thursday, reminding them that I had a flight the very next day and when was my appointment?

I was told to show up for an appointment on Thursday and was told sorry no I’d have to change my flight to a day later Saturday… There were no direct flights out of Istanbul back to Canada and I had to change my flight to connect through another country. which cost me $1400 CDN more in airfare and I had to spend extra money on hotel, etc. out of my own pocket. Mert said I would be reimbursed for hotel but I never was!

All day Friday I continued to ask on WhatsApp when my appointment was on Saturday because I had to be at the airport for a specific time. They had booked an appointment literally one hour before I had to leave for the airport and I had to remind them that I needed a morning appointment. Finally, the next morning they announced OK be there for noon.

I showed up on Saturday noon, when the doctor showed me the teeth, I said immediately those are way too small… Also, when he was trial fitting them, he pointed out that there were some brown spots showing through… we discussed that my previous veneers they adjusted the cement colour to disguise this. I’m on my back in a chair, hours away from my flight, and have no choice, but to accept these short brown jagged teeth. I made a written note to my translator of all of these issues. Smaller teeth, brown teeth, jagged edges on the sides.

When I was at the counter awaiting my ride to the airport, they advised me they charged me €3950 which is roughly C$6468 not the C$3950 I was quoted in writing. They refused to run the credit on their credit card machine, leaving me to deal with Visa directly when I got home.

I’ve been dealing with Vitrin “after care” person who remains anonymous by name, for two weeks since I’ve been back… They’re refusing to redo the veneers… They said I signed off on them even though I wrote a note specifically saying they were too short, they were brown. I keep on asking them to locate that hand written note given to the translator by me, saying they were not acceptable and what was I to do go home with shaved teeth?! I never received the whitening procedure for my back teeth. I still have not received a mouthguard, putting my teeth in danger during night time.

I asked them to redo the 10 veneers… I would somehow have to make my way back to Turkey from Canada at my own expense…and now they say that they can redo the veneers but I would have to “pay for them again at my own cost!!!”… They are taking absolutely zero responsibility, even though photos of my before and after clearly show my teeth are shorter! I also have brown spots showing through the veneers as acknowledged by their own dentist on installing them.

Do not deal with Vitrin clinic… They are the most unprofessional, untalented, unbothered about customer service, and quite honestly the transaction in Euro as opposed to Canadian dollars is borderline fraudulent, especially since they refused to run the credit back on their machine while I was in the clinic.

I would consider changing this review if they agreed to redo the veneers per the design guidelines and photo I provided on day 1. Any reputable clinic would do this absolutely without question. The pictures taken before and after by their own photographer don’t lie! Do what is right Vitrin. You are supposed to be better than this!

I am extremely satisfied with the results of my treatment. Although I am quite a demanding patient and pay close attention to details, it was very important for me that the doctor truly listened, understood my wishes, and accurately communicated them to the technician. That was exactly the case here.

After the treatment, everything felt very comfortable — no unpleasant sensations at all, nothing bothers me, and my bite feels natural and well adjusted.

I would especially like to thank Dr. Rifat Alsaman. He is an exceptionally attentive and skilled professional who strives for perfection in every detail. You can clearly see that he is not just doing the procedure, but genuinely cares about achieving the best possible result.

I would also like to highlight the excellent organization of transportation: we were picked up at the airport, taken back to the airport, and driven to and from every clinic visit. Everything was punctual, smooth, and very convenient.

Overall, the clinic left the best possible impression. Everything is well organized — transportation, consultations, and communication with staff were all professional, clear, and very friendly.

A very warm atmosphere and a real feeling that you are in safe and reliable hands.

- The company is modern and the doctors know what are they doing. Medical stuff are friendly and professional.
- I was escorted thru whole Process from Mike, an awsome Person, very patient :) (had not always easy with me) , available all the time also for other questions and issues regarding my time in Istanbul.
- Other person I wanna mention as very professional, friendly and great support is Haji. People like them I would higly recomend to any company to hire. I hope Vitrin clinic knows how to appreciate their "know how"
- Whole organisation, hotel, planing, pick up and everything was really well organized. Planingvteam very friendly and professional.
Only Minus point goes to Management, we had an small disagreement, but at the End we were able to find compromise.
When people decide to ho abroad it is something they prepare for long time and it is necessary to discuss any possible issue that can influence the treatment or payment. Tip, ask the patients to send ct scan bevore any plans have been made. And plans and options for every possible scenario.
Generaly I would recomend the Vitrin clinic. I am medic myself and I like how they deal with medical issues, prevention, after care, consulting and process itself.

What a amazing experience so far. I felt confortable and confident from the moment I put my foot at Vitrin Dental Clinic. A place full of professional, talented and friendly people. If you add to that a impressive and modern well kept equipment and technology, you know you are in a good place.
I have done just the first part of the treatment. Early yet to have a final opinion; but so far all is positive. They really take care of you from the moment you arrive to the country. You will be well informated and updated all the time. A really good experience without stress or días appointment.
Looking forward to my second visit, in October Inshallah, to see final results and budget. Altrough still in middle of the treatment, Vitrin Clinic has put already a big smile in this face.
