Donna , was extremely helpful from the word go also the best lease prices against all the competition. Only regrets I have is that I didn’t find Vehicle savers in the first instance when searching for a lease car.

I took a Ford on a private lease - offer was financially significantly better than at any other broker and slightly better than directly from Ford.
I'm not very happy with Ford themselves as they were not very clear on delivery timelines and postponed the delivery a couple of time, but that's not broker's fault.
Dawn was updating me regularly, responded almost in real time to my emails, gave me me as much clarification as I required on the phone, chased Ford on my behalf, was sending regular updates on the order via email, and supported when I got a technical problem with finalising the deal through Ford's online services (not even Vehicle Saver's infrastructure!).
This will be the first place to go for me whenever I'll be looking for a new car in the future.
