Amazing Service!
The booking process was very easy (once I got through - a long phone queue!). The engineer arrived on time and fixed the problem, explaining what was wrong. Hopefully, my fridge freezer will function properly now 🤞🏻

Engineer arrived as expected
Engineer arrived as expected. Communication from Pacifica was very good, they updated me all the way through. I have yet to operate the washing machine but if the engineer was as good as he sounded then hopefully the fault will be fixed.

Nathan 4231 was the second engineer to attend our home re our LG fridge freezer ice dispenser not working. Luckily the day before Nathan realised the wrong part had been ordered so he sorted this out so that he arrived this morning with the right one. Very efficient and engaging, part was fitted quickly and tested.

they were very efficient on the phone and repair of cooker
they were very efficient on the phone when I called them about a problem with my cooker. They gave me an appointment straight away and the engineer came out within three days. The engineer was very polite and efficient. My cooker was fixed within a hour. Would thoroughly recommend this company.

Quick and helpful visit that solved the problem
Pacifica kept me informed about the timing of Mark the engineer’s visit and he arrived well within the given time.
Mark identified the issue, replaced a part, explained what he had done and was finished within half an hour. He was polite and gave helpful advice on the future use of the fridge-freezer.
