All in all an excellent service from the engineer, Kim Lang 4494. They arrived promptly on both this visit and one previous visit. They were incredibly helpful and polite, taking the trouble to answer any questions I had. All work was carried out efficiently and they’ve kept me well informed on the follow up actions required.
