DISHWASHER REPAIR
Tawanda identified the problem straight away. He had the right replacement pump with him and did a very thorough repair. He then made sure that the dishwasher was functioning correctly before he left. He also left the area clean and tidy. He is a credit to your organisation.

I'm afraid yet again Pacifica have let…
I'm afraid yet again Pacifica have let us down. An engineer visited on 17th July and claimed to have fitted a new compressor and regassed the fridge freezer (the freezer previously was overheating and was not cooling, but the fridge was working ok). We have now returned from holiday to find now that *both* the fridge and the freezer are now not working, and all the cheese and meat in the fridge had gone off and was covered in flies. Kitchen smelt terrible. We tried turning unit off and on again to restart cooling but whole unit does not appear to be working. Impossible to contact Pacifica through their customer chat hotline. They can't seem to understand we are a young family who just want their fridge freezer working properly. Very very disappointing.
