We are disappointed to receive this review as the order was delivered well within the delivery timeframe selected at checkout.
Your order was placed after business hours on 30th April using our standard delivery service, which clearly states an estimated delivery timeframe of 3–5 working days. Due to the weekend and the bank holiday on 4th May, Friday 1st May was effectively the first working day for processing. Tracking confirms your parcel was delivered on 5th May - within 2 working days.
An express next-day delivery option was also available at checkout for a small additional cost, however this was not selected.
We also attempted to contact you directly by phone after seeing this review but unfortunately received no answer. At no point were we contacted regarding any issue with the order before this review was posted, which is disappointing as we always aim to resolve concerns quickly and professionally.
We take customer service seriously and believe this review does not accurately reflect the service provided in this case.

I’d highly recommend this place for your fireworks, I needed fireworks urgently as another company let me down for my wedding and contacted them very late in the evening, they ensured I had my fireworks the next day. They also threw in some extra rockets which I was extremely happy with, the fireworks were amazing everyone loved them and questioned me as to where I got them from. They were truly amazing ! I don’t usually take time to write reviews but I had to for top Shotter fireworks as there products and customer service was top notch. The fireworks were that good I bought more for bonfire night ! Il deffo be placing orders again with them! Whatever occasion you need fireworks for you surely won’t be disappointed give them a try !
