DO NOT use this company at all costs
I rented a car from this company, expecting that if something outside my control happened, I would be covered.
Unfortunately, the car was damaged overnight while legally parked outside my accommodation in a hit-and-run. As soon as I discovered the damage, I immediately contacted Top Rent, who instructed me to call 112. I followed their instructions exactly. 112 then instructed me to visit KAT (Traffic Police) to obtain the required documentation. I went to KAT, obtained the official document they issued for my case, and handed it to Top Rent when I returned the vehicle.
More than two weeks later, I received an email rejecting the document and demanding almost €1,000 for the damage. They stated that the document issued by KAT was not acceptable, despite the fact that I obtained it by following the instructions given by both Top Rent and the Bulgarian authorities.
As an international student, this has been extremely stressful. I did everything I was told to do, reported the incident immediately, cooperated fully, obtained the official documentation available to me, and still ended up with a large bill for damage caused by an unknown driver.
If a specific document is required for insurance purposes, customers should be clearly informed at the time of the incident and guided through the correct process. Instead, I was left to navigate the system myself, only to be told weeks later that the document I had been instructed to obtain was insufficient.
Based on what happened to me, I cannot recommend this company at all

The insurer evaluates the submitted documentation and determines whether their conditions have been met. Well won’t ever rent a car there again, I booked thru Norwegian and paid for fullcover. But as soon as we arrived nothing was good enough. They did everything to get us to buy more insurance and so on. Then when payment the didn’t take curtain cards even though is said so on their website.
I would go elsewhere if you’re looking to rent a car

Optional protection packages are always offered as an additional choice, while the final decision remains entirely with the customer. If a customer has already purchased insurance through a third-party platform, our staff will explain the available options and the applicable rental conditions, but there is no obligation to purchase extra coverage from us.
Regarding the payment card, our accepted payment methods and card requirements are clearly outlined in our Terms & Conditions and on our website prior to booking. Depending on the selected coverage and deposit option, only specific types of physical Visa or Mastercard cards can be accepted, while certain cards, such as prepaid or electronic cards, cannot be used for the security deposit.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or misunderstanding you experienced. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we will continue working to ensure that our rental conditions are communicated as clearly as possible.

I am VIP client of this company , I rent a car many times. Inforhently this my last time . I had the problem in the two last rent. I forgot my bag in the car and returned to receive my bag. One of the workers of company stole 1700 dollar from my bag and they did nothing about my request . And today I returned the car, I was really suprised, agent Violet found a few scratches on the plastic in the low car. And despite my top insurance, they charged me 190 euros.

Regarding your previous rental, our team located and safely stored your forgotten bag as soon as we were notified. Our thorough internal investigation, including security camera reviews, confirmed no staff involvement in any missing contents. As noted in our terms, personal belongings remain the renter’s responsibility.
Regarding your recent return, our agent documented damage to both the hubcap and the lower front bumper lip. Top Protection covers bodywork damage under specific conditions, which is why the bumper lip is currently undergoing standard evaluation. However, Top Protection limits, rather than fully waives, liability for hubcap damage and administrative fees.
To apply your discounted Top Protection rates for these items, please complete and return the "Declaration of Occurred Event" sent to your email. Upon receipt and completion of the damage assessment, any remaining deposit will be promptly released.

Simple booking process online. Shuttle is easy to find and comfortable. With many people getting/dropping their car at the same time, there might be a tiny delay but the staff is great and it works well. Just make sure you plan some extra minutes ;) Our car was perfect (16k km), all worked well.

Car was ok but the check-in experience is awful.
There's no "express check-in lane", so it doesn't matter if you book online, pay in full, and do the online check-in - because before you get your car you have to stand in the same line as five others who do not know what car they want, for how long, or how they're going to pay for it.
This phase takes about 45 minutes.
Then, after doing your own 30-second check-in, you don't get the car because it's raining and the employees refuse to go out and get you the car when it's raining.
