Unfortunately, my experience wasn't a positive one. Communication was poor, as it was difficult to get through by phone, and my viewing was cancelled just 40 minutes before it was due to take place. While I understand that things can happen, more notice and better communication would have been appreciated.

Really pleased with the support I received from Tom Bow. He was really helpful and took the time to answer my questions and provide clear guidance, which made everything much easier. Thank you for the great service!

I had a fantastic experience working with Emily Guy and Antonia Litter at Thornley Groves (Altrincham branch).
Right before the tenancy move-in date, we ran into a tight timeframe getting the formal Consent to Let from our building management company. Emily went above and beyond - she proactively suggested contacting the management company on my behalf, guided me through providing authorisation, and immediately picked up the phone to follow up with them. Thanks to her amazing initiative and speed, we received official written confirmation within just a few hours, ensuring the tenants could check in right on schedule without any delay!
Emily and Antonia are both incredibly professional, helpful, and reassuring to work with as a landlord. I couldn't have asked for a better team to handle my property. Highly recommended!

Great customer service! I spoke with Tomas Peers on the phone, very friendly and quickly resolved my issue.

I was a LL with them for several years. As time went on there were more & more problems. I decided to drop them as agents and that is when the real problems started. Absolute shower who created several problems for my self & the tenant just because they lost the business. Staff were rude and costs were high. My new agency are a delight to deal with and costs are much reduced. As a LL I would never use or recommend Thornley Groves to anyone. Also I am now in contact with the tenant who has been in the property for over 6 years and some of the information she has given me concerning how she was treated by Thornley Groves is appalling. As a tenant I doubt she would ever recommend Thornley Groves

Very poor communications. Terrible passing the buck between team memebrs resulting in tenants paying for something that they had opted out of 6 months previous. Would not recommend at all.

Courtney was so lovely, and informative. She gave us constant updates and we ended up getting the perfect house. Thank you so much Courtney!

Jeovely was brilliant in finally getting the gardens front and rear cut back after neglect for months. Also to arrange to have the rotting garden waste removed after some weeks delay. This young lady is very competant in her job. Thankyou Jeovely

Delci Barlow is my contact at Thornley Groves and I cannot praise her enough for her professionalism in dealing with our rental house. It has had numerous repairs/upgrades over the past year and she has dealt with it very efficiently and smoothly. She has now achieved a fair revised rent based on the work that has been done. We are happy all round and ten out of ten for Delci.
