Excellent service , great staff

I was looking for the new Stribog SMG and wanted to get a feel for the gun before deciding to buy. I was therefore pleased to see Tango had one in and a spare mag as well. The gun proved to be what I was after and so I went away a very satisfied customer. It should also be noted that the staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. I had a query regarding the battery to use. I knew that 7.4 batteries would fit/work with the gun but wanted to try an 11.1. After looking at reviews on line I knew that fitting an 11.1 battery may be an issue. Stribog 11.1's do fit but were not in stock. However, the staff were extremely helpful and allowed me to try 11.1 batteries I brought with me and when those didn't fit we spent time trying other 11.1 battery sizes from their stock. Unfortunately it simply confirmed that only the Striebog 11.1's will fit, but it was a useful exercise and I thank the staff for their patience and efforts to help. Very happy with my purchases and the service I received.

I received an MP5 from Tango Down that wouldn’t cycle at all. The magazine wouldn’t feed rounds up into the chamber – it was completely unusable.
I sent it back to them and their technicians tested it, then told me the gun was fine and firing perfectly. When I got it back, it had the exact same problem – still won’t feed. Clearly their techs either didn’t test it or lied about the results.
Now they’re asking me to pay for shipping and insurance to send it back again, plus package it in a special way so no one can see what’s inside. This is after they already confirmed nothing was wrong with it.
Extremely disappointed. Poor quality control and even worse customer service. I would not recommend buying from Tango Down.

Everything with the sale and transaction was really easy and smooth, would definitely recommend.

I ordered and paid extra for next day delivery and then i get an email the next day to say that its out of stock with their suppliers and it will be several weeks before they can ship it to me.
