APPRECIATION To Jai Badachha

I would like to take a moment to recognise and thank Jai Badaccha for the exceptional service she provided during my recent visit.

In today's retail environment, it's not uncommon to walk into a store and feel overlooked, but Jai immediately stood out. She approached me with a genuine smile, professionalism, and a willingness to help. She took the time to listen carefully to what I was looking for and patiently talked me through the different options, offering honest advice rather than simply trying to make a sale.

Unfortunately, the exact iPhone specification I wanted was not available in store. However, Jai explained the alternatives clearly and helped me make an informed decision. Thanks to her knowledge, honesty, and enthusiasm, I felt confident purchasing the available 250GB iPhone 17 Pro Max instead. (( Customer No : DERB000725.

What impressed me most was that Jai genuinely seemed invested in both her job and the customer's experience. She balanced professionalism with warmth and sincerity, making me feel valued throughout the entire process. It was clear that her priority was ensuring I left the store satisfied with my purchase, not just closing a sale.

I purchased my phone outright and left the store feeling happy, confident, and well looked after. Experiences like this are becoming increasingly rare, which is why I felt compelled to share my appreciation.

Absolute joke of a service

Absolute joke of a service. They took the payment instantly without any issues, sent me a confirmation, and made it seem like everything was fine. Then, four days later, out of nowhere, I get an email saying the order has been cancelled, no explanation, no apology, nothing.What makes it even worse is the refund process. They were quick enough to take the money, but when it came to giving it back, I had to wait another two full weeks. Two weeks for a refund on an order they cancelled. Completely unacceptable and honestly shows how little they value their customers’ time or money. This whole experience has been frustrating from start to finish, and it’s put me off ordering from them again.

I was recommended to go the store to…

I was recommended to go the store to get an i pad reset.
It was a genuine purchase over 7 years ago but proof of purchase couldn't be obtained after 7 years .
When I rang them they said no problem helping .
But when I arrived at the shop they wouldn't even try to help me .
I returned home and rang Apple customer service who was very helpful who gave me an email of step by step how to reset the I pad using a computer.
Which I brought to a local shop in my Town and he done it for ne in 20 minutes no problem at all.
Very very disappointed with the service I got from them they should have been up to date with the procedure on this procedure which was easy to rectify .
