I had intended to place a bet of 1000, but due to what I believe to be a technical glitch or error, the bet was automatically increased to 13,100. I never intended to place such a high bet, as I typically avoid high-stakes wagers. Additionally, I attempted to use the cash-out option when I noticed the error, but the cash-out function did not work as expected. As a result, I lost my entire bet, which was never my intention. I was also afraid to add money to stake app again because I thought it can happen again
But, I understand that technical issues can occur, but have requeted a refund for this bet, as it appears to have been an error beyond my control. I asked them that you review my bet history and investigate the situation. It has benn more than 2weeks since the incident occurred, and I have not been able to receive any assistance through customer support channels, I emailed multiple times support@stake Support+india@stake I never even got any response

Extremely Disappointed with Stake's Deposit System and Customer Support
I’m incredibly frustrated with Stake’s deposit system. I added money to my account, and despite the transaction being successful on my end, the funds never showed up in my account. This is not only disappointing, but it also raises concerns about the reliability and trustworthiness of the platform.
What’s even more infuriating is that after waiting for an extended period, I still had no resolution. I’ve tried refreshing the app, checking my transaction history, and even verifying my payment method, but nothing changed. No clear explanation was provided, and there was no prompt assistance from customer support. For a platform that claims to be reliable, this lack of transparency and support is inexcusable.
It’s completely unacceptable to have funds missing with no real-time support or updates. If you’re considering using Stake, be wary of the potential issues that could arise with deposits, as it seems like there’s no accountability when things go wrong. I expect a lot more from an online platform, and frankly, I’m losing confidence in Stake’s ability to handle basic transactions properly.

One of the Worst application regarding the aspects of customer services. None of the services is capable of solving the problems of customers or visitors of this application..

10k Deposit and 50k withdrawal issue
I have 2 complains
First i have deposited 10000 inr but not updated in stake balance still its more than 48 hrs amount not added nor no support received from stake support team i have been chasing for my money only why should have to wait for 48 hrs just to deposit amount in stake and play. Eventually i have immediately sent mail to support team regarding this but no response till 24 hrs then they replied due to volume we are not able to reply soon instead you should have done FTR in this case with first response as i have submitted all the proofs on mail
Secondly i have done 2 withdrawal from stake on 28th feb one of 500 and another 49999 inr but 49999 is not credited in my bank and on stake shows its successful i have mailed again to stake support but still no luck to get response this is huge gap of trust to use stake if you are not able to solve this cases within 24hrs resolving is another part im not even getting reply from your team its a money matter boss if there is no reply i have no option to escalate this on social media
Feedback there is no call support provided being the top betting app
No one is there to console and give sympathy that they are available to solve our issue

WARNING: Stake Ignoring My Money & Complaints!
I deposited ₹500 into my Stake account over a month ago, and it has still not been credited. I have sent countless emails, but Stake's support team continues to ignore me.
I have already posted about this issue on Twitter/X, tagging @hellostake, yet they still refuse to respond. If they can't handle small deposits, how can anyone trust them with larger amounts?
If this is not resolved immediately, I will escalate it to financial regulators.

I have been scammed of atleast 10-12k…
I have been scammed of atleast 10-12k rupees INR since yesterday when I downloaded the app. Firstly my deposits worth around 2000 INR are not showing only and then today when my balance was around 10,000 INR it automatically reduced to 200 INR in a second without placing any bets or anyone else having access to my account neither have I vaulted it or withdrawn.
