One out of 10 deposit will never be credited to your account. Even if we contact the customer support and raise an enquiry. They will reject it. Customer support is a dummy chatbot which never resolves your query. Even if we deposit the scanner which is received in the stake site. Even if we give them the proof that the deposit was sucessfully completed they will reject our request. We do not have the option to contact them through mail or call. So once the deposit enquiry is rejected by them we don't have the option to escalate the issue.One big money deposit out of every 10-15 deposit will never be credited to your account even if you are a loyal stake.com customer. Kindly do not use this site. They silently fraud people. I can show the proofs of those deposits. 3 such deposits were never credited to my account. So guys please dont use this site. You can check my previous reviews for the stake app. Everytime my deposit was rejected i have posted a review. This is my last review for Stake.com. Hope you people read it and take the right decision to not deposit in this scam site.

After getting nothing in my account for 24 hours , i have escalated the process too . Its in review from past couple of days. What kind of scam is this. I have used the app in canada . It was fine but in india they are just trying to scam people of their money. Be aware people don't use it. Its about the principle not the money. Only if our government could do something and actually ban stake to even download in india.
Guys i got a reply today from this bot and the escalation. So according to them they never received the money and closed my escalation. I have submitted the reference number, proof of payment utr and everything they asked for. Now they want me to complain to rbi. Guys once again nobody is complaining for 500. This is a scam . DO NOT USE STAKE. They don't have any real solutions. Nobody from customer service department even talk to you. I havent talked to a single real person in days. They just want you to get frustrated and forget about the money. DO NOT USE IT. Its a SCAM people.

At first I was really enjoying it
At first I was really enjoying it, bonuses seemed good and fair, once I did my first cash out it was all down hill from there. You can tell it's programmed in the app to recoup all funds and then some. $500 spinning at $1.5 and not a single bonus. I deleted the app and moved onto BET365. Smell ya later stake.

I have deposited Rs2000 twice to the QR…
I have deposited Rs2000 twice to the QR scanner given in the app. All the payment details were sent to the escalation team. They are telling that the payment was not received. I have given all the details and the screenshots of the payment they have not helped me and there is no option to contact them directly through email or call.
