Adrian assisted us very well and wasn't pressuring us at all. Slight complaint about the store not having a lift - my mother walks with a stick and found it difficult to get to the upper levels.

Great Experience
We had a fantastic experience with Sofology. The quality of the products is excellent, you can really feel the difference in the materials and craftsmanship.
What stood out most was the sales team. They were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable without being pushy. I’ve been to other furniture stores where you’re practically followed around the moment you walk in, which can make the whole experience uncomfortable. That definitely wasn’t the case here. We were given space to browse at our own pace, with support available when we needed it.
A special mention to Nessy, who was brilliant throughout, approachable, professional, and genuinely helpful without any pressure. She made the whole process smooth and enjoyable.
Overall, it was a relaxed and positive buying experience. Highly recommend!

If I could give zero stars
If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is an absolute joke. We have now had two sofas from this cowboy company, and both have been faulty from day one. The first was refunded due to manufacturing defects—cushions didn’t fit, sank immediately, offered zero support, and were completely unusable. That alone should have been a massive red flag.
Against my better judgment, I stupidly returned to the store after being reassured by staff that “you won’t have the same issues twice.” The staff were friendly, yes—but friendliness doesn’t fix incompetence. Predictably, the exact same problems have happened again with the replacement sofa.
Faults were reported within the first month. Cushions don’t fit properly, several are misshapen and wonky, and there is a dangerous gap in one of the seats where my child repeatedly gets stuck. The sofa has so little support it genuinely feels like sitting on the floor. This product is not fit for purpose.
An engineer visit only made things worse. I was verbally told that the cushion issues would be reported and that Sofology operates on a “customer satisfaction basis” and would offer a resolution if I wasn’t happy. Conveniently, none of this was included in the official report. No resolution has been offered. I have now been lied to by multiple members of staff.
I am now £4,000 out of pocket with a sofa that cannot be safely or comfortably used. Poor quality, poor honesty, and zero accountability.

New sofa for new house
Went to the Rotherham store with my daughter & son-in-law looking for ideas but ended up buying. Chris who helped us was very very helpful, there was no pressure from him, he listen to us with what we wanted & our concerns has my daughter & son-in-law’s current sofa didn’t fit in the new house. Chris went above and beyond for us. Would definitely recommend

After sale review
Great experience at the Rotherham show home, delay in delivery of sofa though compensated for this but swivel chair came a noise when it spins. Took a while to get a call back for expert appointment to fix this.

Having looked around four sofa companies, we returned to Sofology, the first we looked at. So many to choose from. Had a lovely young salesman, Miles. Really helpful, explained all about the sofas we decided on. Had a great giggle and a chat. Fabulous customer service.
All in all a great experience.
