The salesman Junior made it such a good experience, he was prepared to go the extra mile to give alternatives and items, colours that were available. Was interactive with family I brought along for reassurance. Changed my perception of salesmen

Went into the Kingston branch. Purchased 2 sofas and a footstool. The sales representative was very helpful and knowledgeable. No pressure to buy anything (it was our second visit having checked the dimensions).

Again other staff members recognised us and dealt with Junior to purchase

We had looked on line before visiting so knew the type of sofa we wanted. It was important to visit so we could sit in various similar sofas and see the various things that were available. The person who assisted us (Sammi) I think was so easy to talk to and knowledgeable about the product. Would recommend visiting the store as there is. I pressure to buy just helpful people who give you time to make your decision.

Our salesman junior was amazing from start to finish, he never left out a single detail that we needed to know !! He was attentive and so thorough with detail, that he helped in so many ways to choose our perfect sofa !! Thank you
