Great service when purchasing our new sofa. Jayne was very helpful and made suggestions about which items to buy to provide enough seating but still fit into our room. Explained things clearly about the sofa and the finance options. We were emailed a copy of all the sofas we initially shortlisted and didn't feel pressured to buy. We then returned to the store to purchase the sofa we decided on. Only negative was that the heating wasn't working in the store and it was -1 outside so it was very cold!

Terry was so helpful in helping us find our new sofa. Terry showed us all our options due to our measurements and we were able to find the sofa we absolute love due to his help. Terry was so understanding in the colour we wanted and when actually purchasing our sofa he made everything clear and understanding for us. We can’t thank Terry enough for everything he done today.

The Sales team let us brouse at our own pace no pressure from them. We could not find what we were looking for in store so a sales assistant Sheena helped us find the product on line. She was very polite and knowledgeable about the product which we purchased. We felt relaxed and happy though out the whole experience.

I cannot recommend sofology Gateshead enough, and a massive thank to Emma who was both helpful and knowledgeable without being overbearing.First time when buying a sofa we didn’t feel pressured into anything and they were happy to help with any questions or changes to the sofa! Thank you very much

We were treated very well by Lee (Topshop Lee) who gave us lots of information and was very personable. Ordering the sofa was an easy process and we only have to wait 9 weeks for the delivery which is less than expected! Excited for it to arrive 😊

Found a sofa we loved after looking at only 2. Terry came over and gave us all the information we needed and showed us the colour we wanted on another sofa. We were showed all the measurements and he then did a picture of the sofa in our chosen colour. Great and quick experience.

Really welcoming staff who didn't lay on the hard sell, which made the experience much more comfortable. No pressure to purchase, but when we found the sofa for us, Hazel at the Metrocentre store was brilliant, very friendly and took us through everything clearly. Can't wait for it to arrive.
