I received my new sofa and electric…
I received my new sofa and electric recliner just before Xmas but really disappointed to find the recliner not up to standard with lot of noise with the mechanism broken
I am still waiting for a technician as sofology do not have one in the Carlisle area so beware if you have issues
I’m hoping to get a fix or replacement but still waiting for a third party they are using to sort

Great experience
Melissa helped us in store today, she was knowledgeable and talked me through the whole process. We were approached shortly after entering the store but left to browse at our own pace. Melissa is a credit to the company and made my experience quick and easy. Thanks

The young man that served us was very good very knowledgeable told us in great detail about the suite everything we needed to know,made us welcome and relaxed gave us time to look round, would highly recommend ☺️

I had a great experience at Sofology Carlisle thanks to Callum. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable without being pushy. Callum took the time to talk me through the options, answered all my questions clearly, and gave helpful advice, which made the visit relaxed and enjoyable. His customer service was excellent, and he’s a real credit to the Sofology team.

Seeking advice
I didn’t end up purchasing a sofa, but I visited the store to browse. The showroom was well laid out and staff were friendly without being pushy, especially the sales person callum, who I found attentive, helpful and afformative. It gave me a good idea of what they offer, I would highly reccomend seeking advice from this specific store

Paul who helped us with choosing our sofa was lovely. Very Knowledgeable. I would recommend going to see him. Our new sofa looks amazing and seems good quality. Has a lifetime frame guarantee.

Dean was very helpful and informative…
Dean was very helpful and informative when we bought our sofa and armchairs today. He was very well informed about the furniture, delivery etc. When I called in a week ago Paul was very helpful too.
