Purchase of corner sofa .
Firstly - the lady who served us was very patient and friendly and most importantly was fully knowledgeable about all sofa options we reviewed and went to great length to match our expectations of a significant investment showing us all options in store and on extensive range of options on her laptop and this ended in us confident in our purchase of a quality , long term asset to our home.

Friendly staff, easy process, good value
Aaron was friendly and helpful. He explained everything about the different options and even went and got a piece of oak flooring so we could see how it looked with the sofa feet. The purchase process was also really easy and there was no 'hard sell' for the insurance package (which we bought).

Great staff with lovely sofas
We were instore at the Boucher road on sat 13th to order a sofa.
We found they had a great selection and we picked out the one we wanted. It was quick and easy. The best thing was the sales assistant Elle. She was knowledgeable, polite, professional and very helpful. Great experience.

Well Matt and I had a chat before I left to check out other places. When I returned 40 mi s later he welcomed me with a smile and a what made the difference. He was absolutely brilliant at chatting and making us feel we should be there in that shop - not something we felt in most others..... He also managed to upsell with his chat. What a pleasure to deal with Sofology and looking forward to our beautiful new suite of furniture

Amazing service!!
From I first walked in (just to have a general browse) I was greeted with a warm welcome from a girl named Salma. I had seen a sofa online but couldn't remember the name, although I remembered some of the features and straight away I was brought over to the sofa.
I was anxious incase I wasn't able to go through with the order but Salma honestly couldn't have been more accommodating. She took her time to explain any queries I had, give me space to browse other options and then finally got me the finance I had asked about. The whole experience was made just by having a friendly, approachable and helpful staff member. There was another staff member that chatted away aswell but I unfortunately didn't get his name.
If I could give her more than 5 stars I would!!
